Step 1 – Cutting To Size

At Starvia Cabinet, each component is cut to exact dimensions using advanced CNC cutting equipment in accordance with approved drawings and production standards. Each panel is carefully measured and processed to ensure uniform sizing, clean edges, and tight tolerances. Accurate cutting at this stage helps reduce material waste and provides a consistent foundation for edge banding, drilling, assembly, and finishing.

Step 2 – Painting

Cabinet components are finished using a controlled spray painting and coating process to achieve smooth surfaces and consistent color. Standardized application methods and curing conditions help ensure durable finishes and uniform appearance across production batches. Each painted component is visually inspected to meet surface quality and finish requirements before moving to final assembly.

Step 3 – Quality Control

Quality control is integrated throughout each stage of cabinet manufacturing to ensure consistent workmanship and reliable performance. Step 4 – Packaging

Step 5 – Loading

Packed products are organized and loaded according to shipment plans to maximize container space and ensure load stability. Proper loading procedures help prevent movement and damage during transit while supporting efficient handling at the destination. This final step ensures cabinets arrive in good condition and ready for installation.
